The staff were excellent and lively and always had a smile. I've booked double room even with the window open- and everything was superb. The service was excellent in my opinion.

Nothing too much trouble, I truly enjoyed this hotel and recommend. Had a fab stay for a night, glad I've chosen it. Everyone was brilliant and outstanding as well as owner. It was cosy, incredible and in bathroom for toothbrush. The room had an electric kettle, central heating, and TV plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.

Fantastic venue, lovely bar area, incredible location to the biggest 7 attractions. Brand-new room, reasonably large with the double bed as well as coffee, excellant stuff. Good and excellent toast, breads, and cereals in the morning. Exceptional services, the free parking was available onsite. The painless check-in process too.

The staff was attentive and active - I would love to come back. Everything was perfectly fine, I loved my stay. I booked functional family queen room here with bunk bed, the bedroom, for example. Meals were fabulous, and there was The Velvet Coaster near the hotel.

Thank you for really good time here! Overall it is a great value and reasonably priced hotel and we loved the stay, the location was incredible right next to the south pier. The breakfast includes good food, such as toast, bread, and cereal. The staff are excellent and the room is well decorated with space for 6. All in all they offer excellent service.

Our stay was a real good experience. The place was overall clean and had a family atmosphere. There was lots of food for breakfast, it was fabulous. The staff was lovely friendly at all times.
Facilities were good, nonetheless Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Stayed for 1 night in this little and exceptionally friendly place, really enjoyed that. The location was super, on to the seafront! Also, the hotel was within easy walking distance of an amusement park. The service was fantastic and the food was appetising. Painless check-in was a bonus.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, being close to the beach. The staff was very very helpful and helped with the free parking. The bed was comfy, and the room itself was comfortable. The breakfast had a wide array of options, toast, breads, and cereals. The location was excellent and next to a garden and a park.

The standard twin room I got was complete with the double bed, the bedroom, for example. The staff were excellent and active in case of questions. The location was magnificent and I could use free parking onsite.
